A British cinematographer who collaborated with director Mark Herman on three British comedies, Collins shot Brassed Off (1996), Little Voice (1998) and Purely Belter (2000). He went on to work on films including Thunderpants (2002) and Sex Lives of the Potato Men (2004) and received a BAFTA nomination for his work on David Copperfield (1999).
