100 BAFTA Moments - Quentin Tarantino Wins his Second BAFTA for Original Screenplay

26 November 2014

74 days to go - Django Unchained wins Original Screenplay in 2013

18 years after his first BAFTA for Pulp Fiction (1994), Quentin Tarantino won his second for Django Unchained (2012). He is pictured backstage with Jennifer Lawrence, who received her first nomination for Silver Linings Playbook (2012).

In his speech, Tarantino remarked:

I want to thank BAFTA for giving me this, I think you guys are a really terrific organisation. And I am kind of famous for not joining organisations, however, having said that, I am actually proud to be one of yours.

You can watch Tarantino dicuss his career highlights on BAFTA Guru.
