The public voted for the best video game of 2010 and Call of Duty: Black Ops came out victorious.
Call of Duty: Black Ops was announced as the winner of the 2010 GAME Award at the GAME British Academy Video Games Awards in March 2011.
The GAME Award was the only prize to be voted for by the public at the 2011 Video Game Awards and over 110,000 people cast their vote.
Nominated Games in 2011
The shortlist for The GAME Award at the 2011 GAME British Academy Video Games Awards was announced at BAFTA's headquarters on 10 February. The ten nominations were revealed by TV presenter and avid gamer, Michael Underwood.
