"To all those suggesting someone else should have won, then why didn't you vote? It says a lot when Kristen won over them. What does it say? A lot of people, especially the British public voted for her due to whatever roles she's been in. I even voted for her. But it wasn't because of Twilight. You can keep on saying it's because of Twilight, but it's not. She's so much more. Twilight just broke her out into the public eye, whereas Into The Wild really made a difference. Directors and actors want to work with her because of that, not because of Twilight."

"Very well deserved to a fine young actress, I had the pleasure of watching her new film Welcome To The Rileys at Sundance and she blew me away with her portrayal of Mallory, I have never witnessed such raw emotion on screen as I did with Kristen. Next up more awards. Raises a glass to a fine young actress."

"Kristen is the best, I've voted for her. Twilight is just one thing, but there are other brilliant roles. Even critics admits, wether the film is good or not, Kristen always prooves she is a good actor. Congratulations Kristen! "

"I voted Kristen. To most people she's only known for being in Twilight, but she's been in so much more. Her performance in 'Speak' blew me away. To deal with such a sensitive topic at such a young age... phenominal. Kristen gets my vote 100%."

"Kristen may get a lot of roles, but they are not even close to BAFTA-worthy and she always has the same careless face in every movie. I hope either Carey or Nicholas wins - their movies were fantastic and it could launch them just like Shia and James."

"Kristen Stewart is not a phenomenal actress - she is okay but not amazing. Carey Mulligan should win because this is her break through performance and Kristen's performance this year was not as captivating or will be taken as seriously as Carey's."

"All of they are great actors, but all of you have to agree Kristen is a really rising star, so I vote for her, because of her career so far, she did Panic Room, the Twilight saga, The Runaways, Welcome to the Rileys, Speak. She run all the way from a romantic girl, to a prostitute, from a kid that was rapped, to a famous rock star! She rocks, I respect the other actors, but she is the best!"

"Tahar Rahim has got to get this one. He gave a corking performance in Un Prophete. Also, Nicholas Hoult is an accomplished actor but where's the context? Rising Star 2010?"
