EE BAFTA Film Awards 2013 – #BAFTATalent Film Review Competition - Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of any company or organisation associated with the prize draw (including without limitation the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and their families; the agents of any of the above companies or organisations, their employees and the families of their employees; or any other person associated with this prize draw.

All entries must be made via the official competition page on the BAFTA site.

All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.

Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary

The closing date for the submissions is 7pm on Sunday 10th Feb 2013.

The winners will be drawn from the pool of entrants whose reviews have been published on the BAFTA website. The winner will be notified by email.

The runner up prizes are a 2012 Film Awards brochure and chocolate BAFTA masks from Hotel Chocolat. The overall winner will receive a signed brochure from the 2011 and 2012 awards and Hotel Chocolat BAFTA masks.

The prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative is available, and is subject to availability.

BAFTA accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted. BAFTA reserves the right to leave entries unpublished if they are deemed to be spam, incomplete or offensive.

If the winner is unable for any reason to accept a prize or cannot be contacted by Sunday 17th Feb 2013, BAFTA reserves the right to award the prize to another participant whose name will be drawn at random from all other eligible entries received.

The decision made by BAFTA is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

BAFTA reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value (b) alter the competition question after the competition has opened and (c) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice.

BAFTA reserves the right to publish the name of the winning entrant on the BAFTA website and BAFTA Facebook page and the winner may be required to take part in some publicity.

The prize winner's name will be available on request sending a SAE to BAFTA and specifying which competition you are enquiring about. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. View our Privacy Policy .
