The following terms and conditions apply to competitions run by BAFTA on this site or via its official social media accounts.

For The Love Of Film Competition Terms & Conditions
The competition is open from the 21st December 17:00 (GMT) until Friday 25th January 17:00 (GMT).
The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of any company or organisation associated with the prize draw (including without limitation the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and other partner companies or organisations) and their families; the agents of any of the above companies or organisations, their employees and the families of their employees; or any other person associated with this prize draw. Entrants must be based in the UK at the time of the EE British Academy Film Awards.
All entries must be made via the competition page on this site or on the relevant social media platform.
All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.
By entering the competition entrants confirm they have consent to submit the nominees name and email address.
No purchase necessary.
All eligble entries will be reviewed by an independent person and a shortlist of 10 entrants will be made. All shortlisted nominees will be contacted to ensure they are still wanting to participate in the competition and are available on the required date, Sunday 10th February. The winners will then be selected by a jury of up to 10 individuals that will have been selected by BAFTA as either BAFTA board members or notable personalities within the film industry. The winners will be notified via telephone or email.
Entries will be reviewed based on their social impact, reach and innovative nature.
If the winner is unable for any reason to accept the prize or cannot be contacted by the competition deadline, BAFTA reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
The decision made by BAFTA is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
BAFTA accepts no responsibility for entries not received. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Incomplete and late entries will not be accepted.
By submitting to the competition the entrant consents for BAFTA to use all components of the entry for marketing and promotional purposes including but not limited to the testimonial, images, URLS, videos and press cuttings.
The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
BAFTA reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value (b) alter the competition question after the competition has opened and (c) in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice.
The prize is 18+ and excludes spending money, accommodation for nights other than the Sunday 10th February, transportation, meals and drinks (other than as specified), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurances and personal expenses. Travel to and from London will be included.
BAFTA reserves the right to publish the name of the winning entrant on the BAFTA website and social media channels, and the winner may be required to take part in some publicity.
