"I come from a background in film and TV set design and tend to storyboard all my ideas in a sketchbook beforehand, this is usually only the starting point before we go off elsewhere.
"Aside from the projects with BAFTA I have worked as a portrait photographer within music, entertainment and advertising for the last 12 years. Recent sitters include Kanye West, Ronnie Wood and Paul Weller."
His work often appears in the likes of The Guardian, Esquire and The Saturday Times.
