Taittinger champagne cocktail

Club manager Graham's signature Taittinger cocktail

Ingredients

- 25ml cognac
- Angostura bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Taittinger NV champagne

Method

1. Soak a sugar cube with four dashes of Angosutra and place into your flute

2. Add the cognac and gently stir to mix the sugar into the cognac

3. Add the Taittinger slowly to the top of the glass

4. Garnish with a twist of orange peel to serve
